ELECTION/APPOINTMENT OF COUNCIL MEMBERS (2024 - 2028)

The following persons were elected or appointed in terms of Section 5(1) of the Pharmacy Act, 53 of 1974, as amended ("the Act"), to serve on the South African Pharmacy Council for the five-year period 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2028.

The SAPC is representative and consists of 25 members viz. sixteen members appointed by the Minister of Health and nine members elected by pharmacists. The Council meets at least four times per annum.
