Pharmacies
Any person desiring to own a pharmacy in terms of section 22A of the Act must submit an application form to the Director-General, and comply with the Pharmacy Act, 53 of 1974, and its Regulations:
- Section 22 and 22A of the Pharmacy Act, 53 of 1974
- Regulations relating to the ownership and licensing of pharmacies
